Perennial Plants
Perennial plants simply means a plant which has a standard life cycle exceeding two years. Understanding what plant is going to live for a long time is very important for planning what to include in your garden, as a perennial plant is likely to become a permanent fixture within your garden.
There is also a tremendous amount of variety within the perennial plant category.You can, of course, count trees as perennial plants, but it would also include climbers, bushes and shrubs. These plants will be permanent, or semi permanent fixtures within your garden, so planning it in an organised way is important. By doing this, you can create spaces within your garden for you to enjoy.
Although having a garden with only a perennial plants is not advisable, having a number of them as a basis on which to develop a theme can be a good idea.
